Demure

Inspired by the refined atmosphere of Demure, a cocktail bar nestled in Nashville’s historic Germantown neighborhood, 11th Hour took the initiative to redesign its visual identity. Drawing from the mid-century cocktail era, we designed a new logo, brought it to life with motion, and extended the look across custom coasters and napkins. Our goal was to create a set of brand elements that feel as classic and inviting as the space itself.
